WEDDING FLORALS IN SAN DIEGO & SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
Sage & Autumn provides full-service wedding floral design for couples throughout San Diego and Southern California, including design development, sourcing, production, delivery, installation, and event-day floral coordination.
Signature Full service wedding Package
Full-service wedding floral design is for couples who want their flowers to feel like a cohesive part of the celebration and prefer to have the planning, sourcing, delivery, setup, and installation handled for them.
It is a good fit when your wedding includes several floral moments, such as ceremony flowers, reception centerpieces, personal flowers, statement installations, or floral repurposing between spaces.
You may also be a strong fit if you value clear guidance, want help making design decisions, and would rather not coordinate floral logistics with your venue, planner, or family on the wedding day.
-
You want florals designed around your venue and overall atmosphere.
You need delivery, installation, and setup.
Your wedding includes several floral pieces or locations.

You want one coordinated floral plan from consultation through installation.
-

-
What makes us different:
• Preparation before presentation
• Clear, transparent pricing so you always know what you’re investing in.
• Calm, consistent communication
• Collaborative planning
• Cohesive venue integration
What our floral pricing reflects:
• The blooms selected
• Design complexity and scale
• Production and labor
• Delivery and installation (for full-service events)
-
Wedding floral pricing depends on the venue, guest count, flower varieties, season, number of floral moments, installation needs, delivery requirements, and overall scope of the design.
Every full-service proposal clearly separates the estimated cost of flowers and materials from the service investment required for design planning, sourcing, production, logistics, delivery, installation, and coordination.
This structure helps you understand what you are paying for and make informed decisions about where to invest.
Your floral investment may be affected by:
the number and size of arrangements
flower availability and seasonality
specialty blooms
ceremony structures or installations
venue access and setup time
distance and delivery requirements
labor and production needs
breakdown or relocation services
Full-service wedding fee is 30% of the total floral retail cost (before taxes). This is added to the total floral cost of floral items needed to design the space.
-
In many cases, ceremony flowers can be repurposed at the reception, but successful relocation needs to be planned before the wedding.
Ground arrangements may be moved to the sweetheart table, bar, stage, escort display, or reception entrance. Some aisle flowers may also be repositioned around signs, lounge areas, or other focal points.
Large installations, arch flowers, or arrangements built directly onto a structure may not be safe or practical to move. Venue access, timing, distance between spaces, weather, and available staff also affect what can be relocated.
When repurposing is appropriate, it will be included in the floral plan and clearly outlined in the proposal (this is automatically included if you choose our full-service design)

Our Process
1. SHARE YOUR WEDDING DETAILS
Begin by sharing your wedding date, venue, guest count, planner information, floral priorities, and the overall feeling you want the celebration to have.
2. CONSULTATION & DESIGN
During the consultation, we talk through your space, color direction, inspiration, budget, and the floral moments that matter most. I will also ask questions about layout, architecture, light, timing, and guest flow.
3. CUSTOM PROPOSAL
You receive a detailed proposal outlining the floral direction, recommended pieces, estimated floral costs, service investment, and event-day logistics.
4. PRODUCTION & INSTALLATION
Once booked, the floral plan is refined as your event details develop. I coordinate sourcing, production, delivery, setup, installation, and approved floral repurposing so you are not managing those details on the wedding day.
Our PROMISE TO YOU
You will have clear communication throughout the process, along with guidance when decisions need to be made.
How does the venue shape the floral design?
-
Taking a look at your venue as a whole
I begin with the venue because floral design should respond to the space it lives in.
By looking at the space first, I can recommend floral pieces that feel balanced, photograph well, and support the atmosphere of the wedding instead of competing with the venue.

-
Creating the whole vibe of your event
Ceiling height, room scale, architecture, natural light, table layout, guest movement, and existing design details all influence the right floral choices.
A ceremony installation that works beautifully in an open garden may need a different scale, shape, or placement in a ballroom, courtyard, or industrial venue.

-
Specifics we consider into design
We take certain specific things into consideration to make the perfect floral design for your space: the height and scale of centerpieces, impact of statement florals, specific style of florals that go well with the space, which ceremony flowers can be reused successfully, how color will respond to the room and available light, how guests will move through the space.
