Sage & Autumn was built on the belief that beautiful design should be grounded in structure. Over time, I’ve learned that great florals aren’t just arranged — they’re planned. They require listening closely, guiding thoughtfully, and preparing thoroughly so that every detail feels intentional and confidently executed.

My journey
Sage & Autumn is a San Diego floral studio rooted in art, design, and the belief that beauty should feel intentional — not accidental. With a background in interior design, I’ve always been drawn to creating spaces that feel thoughtful, balanced, and deeply personal.
My path into florals began during a season of burnout and reflection. I turned to flowers as a way to slow down and reconnect — and in that quiet process, I found clarity. What started as a private creative practice became something more: a commitment to designing florals that don’t just look beautiful, but feel steady, meaningful, and carefully considered.
Today, that same intention guides every project — helping couples experience not just beautiful design, but a sense of calm and confidence throughout the process.

My years in the hospitality world taught me how to listen closely, anticipate needs, and care for people in meaningful ways.
